Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the order placement date and are normally delivered to addresses within 5-7 working days. Exceptions are items to be ordered from the supplier. Normal delivery time to addresses in Europe(USA Canada Israel 3-4 weeks) is 5-7 business days after the purchase.

Hockey.eu reserves the right to either send your order partial or total when backorder items arrive from the supplier.

Unfortunately it's not possible to pick up your order from our stock or office.

Orders sent as parcels will have a track-and-trace number which you can look up at: dhl.de or dhl.com.

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the shopping cart is not empty.
